Shop in store or Click and collect

You can now shop and pick up your online orders in store at Eco Soul Collective in Belgrave or Mount Evelyn Victoria! I have a limited range in each store which regularly changes (keep an eye on the socials for what is currently being stocked, or contact me if you are after something specific and want to make sure it’s there).  Or ‘Click & Collect’ by placing your order through my website and selecting the pick-up option on the Cart page.

Delivery times for orders sent via Australia Post

I aim to have all orders lovingly picked and packed and on their way within 2 business days.  If your order contains custom cap stickers or vinyl labels, this can take a little extra time to design, print and cut, so may take an extra day.  If for any reason I am unable to honour these time frames, I will send you an email with an estimated time I will have your order on its way.

When your order has been packed, I will send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your estimated delivery time once it has left my premises.

Postage Methods

If your order contains only cap stickers and/or vinyl labels you will pay a smaller flat rate postage as these can be sent via a tracked letter envelope.

All other products are wrapped and boxed and sent via the Australia Post tracked parcel service – unless you are having your orders sent local to Mount Evelyn in Victoria, in which case I will personally deliver it.

Or, you may now choose to Click & Collect and pick up your order from Eco Soul Collective in Belgrave or Mount Evelyn Vic. Further details on this are below.

Postage Costs

I wish I could offer free delivery on all orders, but sadly my business is not currently large enough to cover all of the Australia Post fees.  That said, to keep it simple and costs as low as possible for you, I offer a flat rate delivery for all orders, no matter how large and heavy they are!

Stickers and labels only: $2.95 tracked letter

All other orders: $14 tracked parcel

You can now opt to place your order online and pick up your order from the gorgeous Eco Soul Collective in either Belgrave or Mount Evelyn Victoria.  Once you place your order, you will be advised when it is packed and ready for collection.  This is usually 2-4 business days from placing your online order.

A note on packaging…..

It is my intention to use only environmentally friendly packaging for my products and when sending orders, however, I just can’t afford to do this until my business is more established.  So, for now I am settling by recycling boxes and packaging I have received from wholesalers or my personal purchases.  So, if you receive your order in a box that says it’s toilet paper or Lego, or if it is wrapped in bubble wrap or plastic, please don’t think I don’t care about our precious planet! I ask that you recycle what you can from the packaging I use to keep your products safe – paper and cardboard can all be recycled via regular council recycling, and bubble wrap and soft plastics can be taken to most local supermarkets that have a REDCycle bin.
